Farsound is currently undergoing a period of ambitious global growth. This exciting evolution is in response to the company seeing strong global demand for its supply-chain solutions throughout 2023, as it continues to support the supply of fast-moving aero engine parts within the aerospace industry. Now, at the beginning of a new year, Farsound is looking forward to another 12 months of successful delivery of its services and solutions, all over the world.

Attention to detail and impressive customer service play a large part in informing and driving the company’s global strategy for growth across all its departments. Farsound prides itself on providing a bespoke solution for every customer’s supply-chain challenges. Handling customers’ warehouse supply-chain issues, providing specialist kitting solutions and delivering line-feed solutions are just some of the specialist aerospace OEM and MRO services that Farsound is anticipating expanding upon this year. In 2023, Farsound moved into a new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art headquarters in Brentwood, Essex. The building was designed with sustainability at its heart, with solar panels on the roof, reclaimed greywater for flushing toilets, EV charging points in the car park and plenty of storage for bicycles.

Farsound has also been working on growth plans in other parts of the world. In Madrid, for example, the company opened a brand-new facility at the end of 2022 to service Spanish flag carrier airline Iberia, alongside other European customers. The building is located close to Iberia’s operational airport base and has been specially adapted to allow the team to provide a bespoke, specialist service.

Further afield, expanded premises in Toronto, Canada will enable Farsound to enhance the service it provides to its growing roster of Canadian and American customers in 2024. The enlarged facility is crucial to the company’s global expansion plans. Farsound is currently seeing continued growth across America for its customers on all platforms. To complete the quartet of recent property acquisitions, new specialist warehousing and office facilities in San Antonio Texas will be open Q2 2024.

Farsound’s work in the Asia-Pacific region will continue to develop in 2024 too, including in Singapore, where a full-time team works to support Farsound’s APAC customers and increase the company’s footprint in this important aviation region. The global aero engine market is highly agile right now and is willing to adapt, evolve and provide valuable opportunities to businesses like Farsound, who can consistently supply the right parts and services to its customers at the right time.
